What decides how many war rating points we gain / lose for a war result?

Usually our alliance loses 60ish points off our war rating for a loss, and gains 60ish for a win. This next war is showing us if we win, we will gain only 26, and if we lose, we will lose a whopping 104 points. What gives?

    It's cause your opponent has a way lower war rating. That happened to us last war we play on a hard map they were on an easier map so we only got like 26 points for the win if we lost we lost like 107
