How to change KABAM email

My little brother set up his kabam account on an email that no longer exists so now he can’t login on a different device we have tried explaining the situation to kabam support and they ask for approximate account creation and he doesn’t have that but he does have email receipts that he’s used for MCOC. We’ve even tried creating a new email that has the same exact name as the old one but still no reset code gets sent. Anyone have ideas?
