Which 5* to take to r5 first: Quake or Ghost?

My main team are all 5* r5s: CAIW (awakened), Nick Fury (awakened), Colossus, Prof X. I also have r4 5* Awakened Thing, r1 6* Gwenpool, r1 6* Thor Rags, r3 5* Falcon (Duped), r3 5* CMM (not awakened).
I can use Quake effectively against maybe Master level opponents, but not great against higher rated. I'm definitely better with Ghost. Looking to finish Act5 and make a Cav run.

Ghost Rang 5 as 5 Star and the next 2 6 Star cristall are Ghost. Rang up for the cat
