Okay. Now is this intended or just a new bug?
Perfect Release should grant both the SP1 and SP2 critical bleeds as per:
Both do NOT grant any critical bleeds anymore.
Also, can someone validate whether the new sig ability (Physical Resistance) is working as intended now?

It's like, in stealth fixing his sig's scaling, they accidentally switched it off entirely, meaning his Critical Bleeds don't work.
I'm not sure about the Poison synergy, though I don't think that will work either.
His SP3 still crit bleeds.
