Current events with Kabam and player feedback. A look at both sides.

Alright. Clearly this year has not been the best for Kabam. There have been plenty of bugs and issues, and trying to fix these also likely affects their ability to do other things. While they made a lot of mistakes, I can’t stand seeing things like “Kabam can’t do anythingright!
Is that really fair? They’ve done quite a bit for us this year and especially with what they’re dealing with it grateful for this. So my request for the player base is to stop focusing only on the negatives. It’s like trying to calm down a screaming infant. Now before you disagree, I also want to give some more constructive criticism towards Kabam.
Kabam, you clearly have a lot on your shoulders, and I get it, that is and can be extremely stressful. But you NEED to communicate this stuff more. Even if it’s just a little, “we can’t do this right now, sorry for the inconvenience.” Tell is the when, what, and why certain things happen. Don’t keep us in the dark. Also, don’t hesitate to take certain things away if you believe it will better the game. Need to simplify/take down aq/aw or something to fix a bug or rework it, then do it. Don’t leave something bugged and flawed up to rot. Also, listen more closely to players criticism, and actually respond to it. I believe this would help a lot.
Those are just some of my quick thoughts. Feel free to add your own below.

How often clearly depends on the issue. If it’s a smaller issue then an update every few days would be nice, but if it’s a big, months long issue then a week, every other week, something like that.
Or even just base it on how the community feel is, if there are a ton of questions about it, a simple “hey everyone, haven’t forgotten” could go a long way personally.
Even the tweaked AI is going unanswered after months. If it's them trying to fix the engine or bugs and that's a byproduct of it, fine, but tell us,update us. I'm sure there are ppl that think it's a $ grabbing tactic given the bugs.
I think it's more a PR problem, and not necessarily the forum mods themselves. If they gave a monthly update, even to say the don't know wtf is going on, it's better than saying nothing at all and just send comp
