psylocke buff. It could include more damage, in addition to her gaining a rage, when the opponent has 0 power bar. In addition to including characteristics in the skill, it gives her an energize and accuracy and cruelty value X . This kit would give her another level. Also, it could put a faster way to join the psyc charges
