Reading his abilties it says he is immune to Poison and Bleed effects with Robotics, has armour rating and chance to poison. I've fought him a few times with Cable and I cannot get a single stack of degen on him, is he immune to degen as well or is it a bug? Anyone else noticed this?

Ahh I was reading wrong character then I don't use cable much as you can tell
