Is America Chavez underrated?

Personally I think her animations are sick and she’s super fun to play with good damage and a pretty simple rotation. However I can see how bad her utility is with rubbish block proficiency and no immunities and her power gain reduction on the opponent is not great considering that’s her main gimmick.
After taking her to rank 2 I love her but am a little hesitant to take her to rank 3
I’d love to her your opinions though or any synergies or new ways to play her to increase overall power.

She’s overrated even with how bad people say she is. Aside from her animations, at best arena fodder from my view.

The few situations shes decent at best in. Doom is just infinitely better. Never a reason to use her. Maybe rank her up for defense purposes at most

I forget she's in the game unless I pull her from some crystal or come across her in arena. Boring champ without any real uses. I'd say she's as bad as Psychoman, but at least Psychoman gives CG a charge.

Kind of annoying as a defender if you don’t know her mechanics. I need to explore her abilities better.
