Kabam I need help

In Hawkeye's Special 3, there were times that even in yellow or late, the critical bleed caught.
If you don't get the critical bleed on Special 3, the bleed is very weak and prolongs the fight too long.
I was wondering if it always has to be green to give critical bleed.
Kabam has not made it clear how to critically bleed in Special 3.

It's chance depends on all crit rate, including base. The green just means its a guaranteed crit, yellow is just increased chance. So even if you hit gray, it still could be a Crit Bleed because you have base crit chance.
That's how i interpreted it.

Kabam should specify better.
Then Hawkeye 1* to 4* will rarely have a chance of critical bleed in Special 3.
