Trade in store

Just so you guys know you are rewarding hoarding with this trade in store and by doing so promoting it. Having something as crazy as a 6 star awakening gem in exchange for 5 star awakening gems is huge and for everyone that can’t get one, we feel screwed over. You gave us no notice that we should be saving our 5 star gems and i can’t tell you how many screen shots i’ve seen of people with 4 generic 5 star awakening gems and no way to get a 5th before this store ends, including myself. You have no way to trade in a 5 star class ags for a 5 star ag of a different class like you do for the 6 star ags and you have a limit of 5 on the 5 star ag crystals and of course i got unlucky so now i’m sitting here with 4 generic 5 star ags and 1 or 2 5 star ags of every class with absolutely no way to get my 5th generic or a 3rd class to trade in for a generic and i’m just pissed and feel completely screwed over. Oh, and i have everything in the game beat so no way to get another one that way. I got absolutely nothing out of this trade in store and instead am left like I’m missing out on something huge all because I didn’t hoard my resources. This just straight up sucks..

    I personally have 12 5* awakening gems, 4 generic and 8 spread around other classes, how is it fair that i cannot form a single 6* awakening crystal while i see countless people form one easily?

    We were told that there was no need to hoard
    So I used everything
    Then they push out a shop that encourages hoarding....
