The Design problem with Trade In Store

The exchange rates are at odds with the Item limits, that makes the experience of using the store have more friction. Exchange rates are typically in 2 or 3; inventory limits are on the order of 5 and 10. You can only buy a 4-star awakening gem crystal once.
Even though you have the required items in overflow, you can’t use them in the store without first exiting the store, going to overflow, going to overflow item tab, click claim max, exiting back to home screen, go to store, go to trade in store tab, scroll to the item you’re exchanging.
This doesn’t matter with the high end items, since the limit is just one or players typically aren’t going to be able to exchange more than once. But for every other item where you can buy more than one? This becomes a big annoyance.
The fix would be to either enable pulling from overflow (and knowing how much is in overflow), or change Inventory limits for the duration of the Trade In store.
