Advice regarding the quarter of a t5cc selector

Should I go cosmic just to have one at hand, even though I won't rank up Venom or KG unduped, or take tech and eventually bring guilly to r3?

Also while you're here, should I go for a six star basic or get about a thousand shards and open a featured?

I mean, Venom doesn't need to be awakened.
Otherwise, I'd go with tech

My alt has 3 r3, NF awakened, g99 not awakened and venom not awakened. I use venom more then the other 3 since he carries the map 8 team for the account.

Take cosmic. Have a catalyst on hand. Once you get a cosmic whom you wanna rank up, you can take them up without any wait.
