AQ fight not loading

Please, for the love of God, stop taking half of a champs health for a disconnect before any fighting actually happens. If I'm allowed to look at a fight, click start, and go to a SECOND LOADING SCREEN, apparently my connection wasn't too bad. How hard would it be to code if no actual action is taken don't take health from either champ. The amount of health for 6 R3 and R4 is astronomical. A simple time out is costing hundreds of units worth of damage.
