I’m debating which myself and I thought I might as well bring it up to the community to see your opinions!
Unawakened Falcon: hits hard, has 100% AAR most of the time and can shut down a variety of nodes, can gain cruelty when evades fail, not impacted heavily by immunities has a short back-off time with Redwing, and needs some more crit rate
Awakened Hawkeye: Insane DoTs, hits hard, easy slow, power control, needs perfect timing, overall harder to play, no generalized AAR, damage is poor in bleed immune matchups w/o synergies
