Is Horsemen of apoc bugged?

Hey guys, Is Horsemen of apocalypse bugged for you too?
I could make my 5* namor and cable Horsemen in the same quest.
It shows -2/1 activations remaining for the Horsemen pre fight ability.

It's a visual bug that happens when you use the horseman prefight more than once in the quest

This is the second time it happened, so it's a bug not a visual bug. I could make namor and cable horsemen, so it obviously not a visual bug.

Yo guys, I tested if it's happening again.. But now it isn't happening, so it's good for now.
