War Rating and Kabam’s response (lack thereof)

Like many others, my alliance was affected by the bugged war that caused last season to end early. We have gotten our season rewards and I have no problem with that. However, I have issued two separate support tickets regarding our war rating. Going into the war that didn’t count, we were tier 2. After it was announced that the war would not count, we simply stopped fighting and lost the war. That loss lowered our war rating and dropped us from tier 2 to tier 3.
I submitted the help tickets to attempt to get this fixed. Instead, I received two separate responses with the exact same form letter addressing season rewards and nothing to do with my support ticket. I have dealt with input errors, persistent charge bugs, issues with the game engine, and several other flaws of this game with no complaints. What I can’t accept is a company that can take thousands of dollars from me to play their game, but can’t take 20 seconds to read my help ticket.

    Miike already said they are working on getting the rewards out due to them not actually fixing the ratings and giving the right rewards the first time.

    To repeat, it has nothing to do with rewards. It has to do with fixing the war rating and more importantly, being treated like a human being and taking the time to read my 4 sentence support ticket other than assuming I am referring to season rewards.
