7 year anniversary calendar 2021 and upgrading to Thronebreaker

Greetings, Today I bring news of sadness and joy... I quit the game for a while earlier this year... But because of the undying love for it I continued atva point...
I just became Thronebreaker on Dec. 11th. Which is the joyful part... Problem is... When my 7 year calendar reset, it reset... And as you can see in the pic, it is now showing that the calender automatically reset and takes away the last two days... It's so hard to get to Kabam Support for them to do anything. How is that properly done

    If you weren’t thronebreaker when you logged on then technically you did miss those days therefore you don’t get the rewards, simple as that, they should’ve stopped the whole double rewards from reaching a higher title a long time ago

    I do agree with that... Why wasn't the first two days that were missed for that week take instead of the last two... We have to be fair in our judgements!

    I do agree with that... Why wasn't the first two days that were missed for that week take instead of the last two... We have to be fair in our judgements!
    It’s always been like that with calendar rewards, when you miss a day it takes it away from the last gift of that said calendar, the best rewards are usually at the end therefore gives extra incentive to log in everyday of the month and collect rewards and play the game, otherwise you can set an alert and log in on the days you want that specific reward but it doesn’t require you to log in everyday and leads to no incentive in actually being active in the game. Also the support button is in game under settings.

    I didn't miss though... I became Thronebreaker on the second day... But I get response from support. Being worked on.
