Difference is that it's an anniversary not a birthday. Both parties celebrating the anniversary get gifts.

I hate that. Don't ever do that again. At the very least because your friends don't care enough to give you something good. Although I respect your right to have an opinion on receiving a "lousy" anniversary gift even though some would say that it was free and they didn't have to give you anything at all.

I just don't understand how can people here compare real tangible items that walmart or amazon provides to the service kabam provide? What kind of logic is that? Just because they are business? Everything in the world is business. Even restaurant. Game car making everything. Kabam is doing business with its players they provide platform and stuff for player to engage in return players give their time and "money" to their business. Dont get twisted over BS symentics. Not every player of MCOC is 10-12 year old. Those player base dont give 5% of the revenue this company gets. And u dont want to mess those 95% of revenue provider. Because all of them are adults. They cannot be seduced by Illogical functioning like we gift u TB 10k 6* shards last year but this year we will just bump some calender Reward and will keep the outlet of Rewards at little lower then what we did last year. U Can't. We see everything especially the creamy TB playerbase. Stop with the comment that kabam dont owe us anything. And what will u do if they didn't send the weekly comp. I give open challenge do nothing about parry and issue and stop giving comp it will take under 6 monthes for game to go under. 6 monthes. Imagine if tomo amazon comes out and say "we are discontinuing the one day delivery service" just imagine the share price fall. As a business always look to do better then what u did before. Not take away entirely what was measly better u were doing before.
Can people please stop saying "Kabam owes us" because of the state of the game. I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice, but no, they don't "owe us".
Please remember that Kabam offers a free to play game and is a for profit company. I don't see people demanding free stuff from Walmart or Amazon or Best Buy when their experience is lackluster so why do people constantly feel so entitled to constantly expect it here?
In the above examples a customer might take their business elsewhere, which you are also welcome to do in this case as well.

I agree with all your points, but for me, the anniversary gift is something that I was eager to see and I think I'm not the only one. So this is why I don't understand why they took it away.
Someone mentionned that the rewards in the calendar were increased to balance that. I disagree. The game is evolving, I think that the rewards MUST evolve as well.
