Soul buffs (relentless and fierce soul) not working and disappearing early

Soul buffs completely MIA on Mephisto master fight. Had no issues around 3-4pm EST using various soul buffs and completed 2 run throughs. Got home tonight and lost 3 champs, all starting at 40% from L2 team revive, without any buffs or life steal occurring from Relentless. After the 2nd death, noticed boost wasn’t showing- had only been 2-3 minutes, nowhere near 15. Used another soul for Relentless again, same prob- no life steal or anything else from 3rd champ. So I shut down app, restart phone, try again- same prob. Uninstall app, reinstall, try Fierce Soul.. no dice. And again boost disappears after about 2 mins. So I’m stuck on Mephisto, not willing to dump more health or revive pots, and unable to use my quest energy for something more... gratifying.

    OP addition- always checked on Summoner link to see that boost was active, always initiated boost from map screen.

    Anyone else have this issue?
