They are already fixing the Will Power bug (thank you) but....

I am bit confused Kabam.. you did the right thing and fixed this ASAP because it was a near game breaking issue for people with will power.. thank you for that. Why can you guys not do this for other issues? That's what I am confused about. Was this a simple fix that was easily corrected... or did this take top priority right away?
For example... I have had a visual bug that clips the borders of my loading screens on my Galaxy S8... I reported this bug nearly 2 months ago, got mod attention, and apparently the bug was fixed about a month ago. However, the "fix" will not go live into the game until the 16.0 update. Why is this?
Please only reply with on topic constructive responses.. I would like a real answer and not get the thread closed guys. Thanks in advance.
