Update Lol Ultron

The other Ultron recieved an update and it is way better than lol reward Ultron....all the summoners who explore the lol with lot of work gets a thrash Ultron so please give it some improvement also I think it is the only tech robot champion without regeneration. Since it is a robot willpower also doesn't work on him while the other Ultron has double regen
