Lower the price of UC

Why UC takes so long to get and Scarlet Witch sigil takes just a few months? Can you lower the “price” of UC. Is not that he is too good anyways.

    If he isn't good then why do you want him? Plus we've been receiving a crazy amount of AQ compensation lately so why don't you use the loyalty that you get to buy him if you want him?
