One of my favorite characters in this game, but imo he needs more. Lots more.

Stats based on a 5-Star, Rank 5 and Sig. 200 with Absolutely Zero Masteries
All new things and changes to old things (hopefully all) below are Bolded.

Always Active
  • An enhanced sensory system allows the Devil of H.K. to bypass miss.
  • If the Willpower Mastery is active, its regeneration potency is set at 70% instead of the normal 100%. (This is so Daredevil is not affected negatively by Aspect of Nightmares and other nodes)
  • Immune to all effects that modify Regeneration Rate, except Poison.

Murdock Boy - Combo Meter 15 or Lower
  • The unbreakable spirit of Battlin' Jack Murdock grants the following:
  • When inflicted with a Debuff and at the start of the fight, all Unique Debuffs are immediately purified, granting the Devil of H.K. +5 Combo Meter. Cooldown: 1 second.
  • +3150 Physical Resistance and gain 20% Perfect Block Chance against Physical Basic Attacks.

Sticks Apprentice - Combo Meter 16 or More
  • The assassin training of Stick grants the following:
  • +900 Critical Rating, plus an additional +125 Critical Rating for each Debuff on the Devil of H.K.
  • Attacks reduce the opponent's Defensive Ability Accuracy by 65%, plus an additional 5% for each Debuff on Daredevil
  • +603.5 Attack Rating and 8% Combat Power Rate for each Debuff on the Devil of H.K. The Attack Rating bonus decreases by 5% for each additional debuff.
  • When struck, 1 Combo Meter is lost.

Heavy Attacks
  • Each hit of this attack gains 65% Offensive Ability Accuracy.
  • The first hit spends 10 combo to grant a 100% chance to gain a stacking Cruelty Buff, increasing Critical Damage Rating by +430.12 for 21 seconds.

Special Attack 1
  • 100% chance to gain a Precison Buff, boosting Critical Rating by 700 for 18 seconds.
  • Righteous Wrath: Each hit grants the Devil of H.K. a stacking Rage debuff, lasting for 8 seconds.
  • All Personal effects on the Devil of H.K. are paused during this Special Attack.

Special Attack 2
  • Each hit loses any Combo Meter gained.
  • Each hit spends 5 Combo Meter to inflict a Bleed Debuff, causing 4300 Direct damage over 5 seconds.
  • At the end of the attack, gain a Rage Debuff with no effect, lasting 12 seconds. When this Debuff ends, it is replaced with a Fury Buff, granting +2124.32 Attack rating for 25 seconds.
  • Righteous Wrath: The duration of all Personal effects from this attack gains 50% increased duration.

Special Attack 3
  • This attack Purifies all Debuffs on Daredevil (Hell's Kitchen).
  • Gain a Righteous Wrath Passive for 70 seconds. While active, the Devil of H.K.'s basic attacks reduce the opponent's Defensive Combat Power Rate by 35% and have a 35% chance to inflict an Instant Bleed, causing 120% of the damage dealt by the attack as direct damage.
  • If any Debuffs were purified by this attack, Righteous Wrath additionally provides 5% Offensive Ability Accuracy and gains 5% Increased Duration for each Debuff Purified by this attack.

Signature Ability - Sinner or Saint
  • Murdock Boy - Entering this mode purifies all non-Rage debuffs and are converted into Bulwark Passives, granting +450 Block Proficiency for 8 seconds. Additionally, while in this mode, the Devil of H.K. takes 40% reduced damage from Physical Unblockable attacks.
  • Sticks Apprentice - Entering this mode grants a stacking 17 second Rage Debuff with no effect. Additionally, while in this mode, attacks reduce the Opponent's Passive Degeneration and Direct Damage effects by 100% for 0.20 second(s).
Changed Synergies-

Rule of Law - With Ronan, She-Hulk, and Daredevil (Classic)
  • Devil of H.K.: All Personal Buffs are now Passive effects.
  • Other Synergy Members: When the opponent is stunned, 80% chance to pause all Personal non-Stun effects when the opponent reaches a bar of power for the duration of the Stun effect currently active.

You've got some great ideas here @TheDaywalker . I really like the way you've handled the Regen and the additional effects for having Righteous Wrath active. They would really have changed up the way to run the common rotations.

All of that said, you may not have seen it but as of last weekend Kabam Miike has categorically stated that DDHK will not be getting a buff. I believe this even includes low level numbers changes like to Regen Rate. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that's what it is.

@Kabam Zibiit hope you don't mind the ping. Can you let us know if these sort of things can be discussed here in Suggestions and Requests?

If not, maybe there could do with a sticky post or something?

Rip. I really hoped my boy would get the proper fix he needed by Kabam, but yeah, you’re right, it is what it is.
Although, even at the slightest, straight up reducing the regen potency of only Willpower rather than all regen in general would be much appreciated.

You should have been on that other thread where people were begging Mike to tell the team to increase his numbers before Christmas break and Mike had to break the news that even a numbers bump takes time and isn't something that's just done on a Tuesday with five minutes to kill.

Thats a little bit disingenuous. People on that thread generally presented arguments and evidence as well as some opinions in a positive manner. Some were even coming from positions of relevant experience. In fact, it was one of the most positive threads I've been involved with on these forums a long time. But it's kind of academic now anyway as the door has been firmly shut.

If we get a passing mod wander through here, we could do with a statement about whether threads like this get you added to Santa's naughty list. Otherwise, this thread can probably be closed.
