Nightcrawler evade mode

in Bugs and Known Issues
i just notice in many fight that nightcrawler can erase his timer in the midlle of my attacks when trying to switch him to the other mode. the only thing that can erase timer is letting his guard down and then a hit from the combo should get him

    Another wonderful bug kabam say they are or have fixed but keeps coming back.

    well not the first it seems they won't answer to remove their buggs gwenpool have been nerfed in no time nightcrawler bug is way harder it should be investigated in 10 years
