Oh no! I'm really sorry to hear that. To get help with this, you'll need to reach out to our Support Team. Once they verify you're the account holder, they'll be able to help change your email and give you the steps for changing your password. To contact them you can either CLICK HERE; or select the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen in MCOC. From there select 'Support'. Either method will take you to our ticket submission form.
