LF a silver or gold rated alliance

I am a relatively new player with about 3 months of experience under my belt, I am progressing at an average rate, and I am looking for an alliance, preferably silver 2 or 1, however I will settle for silver 3. I have 3k prestige but am going to rank up 5 star ibom soon. And I am decently skilled at the game. My base hero rating is only 81k though. I am playing at least 3 hours a week and up to 7 hours a week sometimes. And I try to participate in at least half of the alliance wars, as well as aq. I left my last alliance because they weren't active in aq or aw, and now am looking for one to join.
