Gifting issue

My one ally sent me a GGC which I can is claimed in read section of mail but in crystal section there is nothing

The system does seem somewhat broken. I get a notification that I’ve been sent a gift, but nothing shows up in the inbox unless I restart the game. Also, trying to claim them occasionally hasn’t worked without a reboot. Restart the game and see how you get on.

You need to claim it from the mail in game. If it's not there, you may not qualify
