GGC incorrect drop rates?

This says there is a 12.00% chance for 6* shards (the same as the 5* shards). Yet, I’ve gotten zero 6* shards out of 29 GGCs and somewhere between 70-80k 5* shards. Something seems off with those numbers, especially if the drop rate between the two is supposed to be the exact same.

RNG. I’ve gotten 40k 6* so far and no 5*.

I sent 5 GGCs to my alt account and pulled a 6* AG... I've opened 20 plus on my main and no 6* AG. Drop rates are not messed up.

The poor summoner didn't get what he wanted so the drop rates are bugged.
