Who’s the better tech champ?

I’ve gotten pretty unlucky when opening my rank up gems from all the variants so I have 3/3 for tech 2>3 & 3>4 gems. I really only focus on 6* champs now that I have 6 rank 3’s and about a dozen rank 2’s. I don’t need either of these champs at rank 5 but I’ve heard they are both full of utility and damage. So now it comes down to the polls of which tech champ I should rank up. This is almost solely on who would be more fun to play and could have potential uses in various content. (Both are awakened and either one can be brought to sig 200)
