Add Guild Member joining date

As a casual guild, during the last 24hrs, the Gifting Event has suddenly made 5 new members join up.
To help my other guild members determine whether they want to gift to the newer members, they wondered if Kabaam could add the date of when the members joined the Guild on screen?
Also, is it possible to have some sort of Guild duration milestone reward for those who like show their loyalty i.e a profile pic or something similar.
This has probably been asked before, so forgive me if this seems a familiar request.
