How does synergy with Quake and BW actually affect BW?

I'm wondering the same about +ability trigger nodes with BW. Basically, what is actually increased? Evasion chance? DAR % goes up?

    Her sig ability SHOULD go up but I'm not sure how it works...
    It could either increase it by 15/20% of the amount it already is at or it could just plainly increase the number by 15/20%

    Her stun chance through ability accuracy, 70% x 1.15
    Her Special ability through potency, 70% x 1.15

    Thanks. Was hoping it would go up to 18% evasion but this seems more like what they mean.

    If it went up to 18%, it makes her as evasive as a sig 40 spiderman. Really don’t think that’s likely.

    It seems high, but it's such a specific synergy that it didn't seem completely out of reach.
