Who to rank up? HELP NEEDED

Here is my roster, and I can't decide who should be the champ (or champs) that I rank up.
I am TB, but I only completed one time every quest from act 6 to.7.3.
So, looking to explore im some coming time, or prepare for 7.4.
Did most of the Variants (completing) and one Carina challange. (3 stars in 5.3.1)

Who do you think?

I also got 1>2 mystic and tech rank up gem as well as tech aw gem.

If u know to use stealth Spidey u can go for him,
And u can use 1>2 rank gem for longshot IMO
