Unit offer yearly cav crystals

Although the offers weren't quite what I would have hoped they were, I still picked up some of them. I had 8 yearly cav crystals in total, opened all of them and got only 3*s.
Are the drop rates what they should be? I tried looking at the drop rates on the crystals but it didn't display anything.
