How to make the most of 6 star unduped rocket raccoon

I recently got a 6 star rocket raccoon from a 6 star nexus(choices were spider man classic, daredevil classic, and rocket). He's my 2nd 6 star I've gotten. I heard people saying that he needs dupe, but that will most likely never gonna happen. Can someone give me tips on how to use unduped 6 star rocket? Also, should I use 5 star ghost instead of 6 star rocket?
