Shouldn’t Peni Parker block Selective Timestream Regeneration?

Reading her awakened ability I got the impression that she would work for Selective Timestream, but I found out that she doesn’t… well she does block the regen after filling a bar of power but only on that moment…the heal block is not triggering just from the healing…

The point is… shouldn’t she work?

If she works for Nick Fury’s regen that has a similar mechanic to the node… shouldn’t Peni also shut down the selective timestream node?

Nick furys regen happens over more than 1 tick. Selective timestream happens in 1 tick

OK… but if you read her awakened ability it says that if the opponent is going to recover more than 5% of health… her ability prevents it… so the “one or more ticks” shouldn’t matter

Actually as it is just that “one tick” she should work perfectly at sig 1

Her ability is triggered by the opponent recovering more than 5% health. So once the regen is done, then the heal block is inflicted.
