Gifting event requirement

i started playing this game last month came to realise so many things one of em was the gifting event running right now
i also wanted to participate in this event
if i am not wrong requirements were
1. level 40+
2. act 4 initial clear
3. account created before 20th november 2021
as event started a few days ago but i still didnt recive so called gifting batch
i have filled upper 2 requirements but i was not sure about the 3rd one
so i decided to check my mail for when i created my account but i dont have any mails from kabam (as kabam dosent verify mails while creating kabam id)
and what i realised was the mail i used to create kabam id is different from my mail address by one letter. (its my fault but i dont wanna lose my account in future)
is there any way i can change my mail address for kabam id
as the mail address used dosent even exist.
also how can i find my account creation date.
