Who makes act 7.2 and 7.3 exploration the easiest? Hercules or Apocalypse

I'm working on 7.3 exploration and will do 7.2 exploration after (took a break from the game). I will have some 5 star shards saved up after gifting (around 75k I estimate but with the gifting crystals it could be more or less) and wondered who would help me the most. I would try to get apocalypse from dual crystals and hercules from featureds. I've seen apoc being loved for a long time and Hercules destroying a lot of act 7 content so I'm really torn.

For context my mutant roster: 6 r3 havok 6 r2 stryfe 6r1 cable and white magneto. Just got prof X 5 star so I can rank him too in time if needed.
