Is CGR worth ranking up if I'm not able to use him to max damage potential?
I've seen videos of him but I'm having trouble getting him to max damage.
He's unduped.
I also have a 6* cmm (duped) and 6* NF and DPX for synergy for cmm.
I also have Angela and gamora, both unduped.

@Rookiie made this guide on CGR a while back, you can try that.
I would rank up Angela, but she really needs the dupe for her pièce de résistance.
