4* Awakening Gems

So I have an unawakened 4* Dr.Voodoo who I know needs to be duped to be a really good champ. So where do I get 4* awakening gems from because I know I can get him again and dupe him but that seems really unlikely so where would I be able to obtain one of these gems. I've never had one so where would be the best place to get one?

    You can also do the new Goldblum challenge and hope you get the awakening you were hoping for. They'll intermittently provide more gems outside of the main story and cash offers with events like these.
