Completed Path Bug

I was exploring 4.3.1 and the path I took to complete this quest initially is not even complete
I faced the same issue in one of the quests in 4.2 and the completion was stopped at 98% cause my initial path I took also was missing and had to rerun the path again to get it fixed. But I'm not gonna keep wasting time and energy to complete something I did before
