Stuck in 6.1.5

I'm stuck at the Winter Soldier in 6.1.5, I have no idea who to use to out-damage the regeneration or to stop it. Who could I use?

torch does not work, and neither does professor x

That Winter Soldier is on buffet -3 node. Try to not dex when WS launch sp1.

Professor X can very easily do that fight, but considering you think otherwise I have to assume you're not very good with him, so you can use Magneto.

i am not very good with him, i got him with mags. ran out of units and revives at the boss when i got him to 30% health though

Mags can deal with winter soldier
And ultron with hulkbuster cab easily deal with crossbones
