Domino worthy of Rank 3?

Domino is apparently a controversial champ on here. Just awakened her, is she worthy of R3? I already have many of the good mutants at r3 (apoc, archangel, prof x)

People say she is too RNG for their taste which is fair but If lucky enough she can kill RoL Winter Soldier in 3 hits at 6* R3

Only have fury at R3 right now. Have Elsa at R2 awakened but never thought much of her

If u already have a developed R3 roster, getting R3 materials is not a big deal fr u anymore & u cn freely focus on more insignificant rankups then Yes
Otherwise not till u reach that level & rankup other more important champs who will help u much more throughout the year

I don't use her as much these days as I only have a 5*, but she is definitely worthy of r3. I've always found the Domino Forum hate to be bizarre and unfounded. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Dr. Doom or Quake gameplay. It doesn't deceive me into believing that they aren't amazing. It is actually possible to not love a champ and still recognize that they are good. The Forum has mostly failed at this with Domino and Elsa.
