I would like an ally

I cannot do Alliance War, looking for a hella relaxed alliance but something where I can claim at least some alliance rewards and a tad bit of glory. I'm a full time college student and I want an ally that won't be upset with me if I don't login for 2 days, willing to run map 4 or 5, would like to not have to run 1, 2 or 3. May look to go to my former, active ally if I can come back and play the game at a larger scale.
