I would think it does NOT because shock immune champs are not immune to electro’s damage. It’s called static shock but it’s not coded as shock damage, just physical damage
Shock is a specific debuff(or passive) that deals damage over time, static shock is reflected damage. While the names may be similar they are two clearly different things, so probably not. That's not saying that it wouldn't be logical if it did, but seems unlikely from a coding perspective.
Guardian does very well against Electro just to let you know.
Yes he does for whomever disagreed because you probably don’t have Guardian. He takes very minimal static shock damage….
He doesn't take damage but he also doesn't do any damage, most of his damage comes from the burst of shock damage on hit and that deadly shock debuff from the SP2 and Electro is immune to them. He can still be used and I used mine in the past when I had to, but he isn't my first choice whenever I see an Electro, I much prefer to use someone like Havok or Falcon or even Prof.X ^_^

Use Max sig Namor or Diablo with the energy damage prefight.
