    I only got cap ww2 very late in the game had already taken up og cap to R5 long before that (sig level 80 now) He's still really solid and has a 70% chance to stun on both specials when the opponent is fatigued. for me his sig ability is better than ww2 coz the lower his health is the better his block proficiency I've had many cases where I've won fight after fight with only 500 health coz every block takes 0 damage. ww2 relies on the opponent having debuffs which sometimes isn't the case.

    Thanks! What sig level is required to benefit on the increasing block proficiency? Is 40 good?
