    As an individual who is a big fan of amphibians (and rhinos), i’m very excited to see an amphibian champ in the game. I look forward to using him :)

    What is the way to control Prowess levels?
    The only thing I can think of specifically is War Machine's Suppression debuff.

    Yes. I believe Nimrod will remove Passive Prowess and Regen
