We are an active alliance that strives to maintain a fun and relaxed atmosphere that allows up to achieve in game goals while keeping a balance with life outside of MCOC. Life happens, and it's happened to us this month, with 3 of our active players (2 of them officers) quitting or stepping back into retirement alliances, and 2 more (including another officer) moving on. We still have a core of 20 or so strong players. We currently have 8 openings, and I can easily see where I can cut some dead weight and make room for a whole BG. So we are looking for both individual players or absorbing a whole (or mostly whole) BG into the team.
At full strength we were running 44544, but we are looking for stronger players that will allow us to move to at least 55544, which I believe can be achieved with a few strong players or merger with a strong BG. Our donations presently are 80K/6K/6K, but would go up as Map 5 runs increase.
We run 3 BGs during Alliance Wars when at full strength. We've slipped because we've continued to run at 3BGs with the losses because we don't want to prohibit anyone's participation. (That's the kind of alliance we are) At full strength, we were running in Tier 6 and in the 1400s in AW.
We do believe that everyone should participate in both AQ/AW events and Alliance Events. We have very reasonable minimums in the non-arena alliance events (12K for completion, 2K for Item Use, 650 for duels) and at full strength we hit 100% in the non-arena Alliance events. We don't make requirements on the arena events. We aren't an arena grinder alliance, although we son't mind grinders as long as they don't miss their other alliance goals.
Candidates should have at least 10 4/40 4-star champions (or greater) to bring for AQ and AW.
We have one little quirk - we are a Facebook-based alliance. We have a Facebook group page, but we rely mostly on Facebook chat on communication. We have been using Facebook to communicate for over two years now, and it works well for us, and haven't seen the need to uproot the alliance to Line for communication. You don''t have to share your life with us, and it's perfectly OK if you want to create a fake name/account, as long as we can get you on our chat groups.
Again, we are an alliance of real people with real-world stuff going on. We all have jobs. school, and family obligations that has to take priority to our "lives" in MCOC. We know life happens. If you have a wedding or it's exam week or your job takes you out somewhere where there's no internet for a week, we'll usually hold your spot.
