**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Savage Land Flower?

Could this be the flower that dominated last month's EQ?

Following the quest, I couldn't help but think that it would have a larger part (no pun intended - look at the size of that thing!) to play, moving forward.

What are your thoughts?

Maybe, maybe not. It is quite strange that Kabam have done 2 events centered around flowers.
I don't think that's the Savage Land flower though. You can obviously see the leaves, but no blossoms. You would expect the blossoms to be at the crown of the tree. Also, most trees like this irl don't have flowers.

Of course, I'm not a botanist, so feel free to gimme some facts. Also, @Unio77 made a thread about the recurring theme of flowers, so I'm tagging him as well.

Thanks for the tag. My expertise on the knowledge of flowers stems back centuries back to when my ancestors (ok serious time)

The plant in the backround isn't really similar to the flower that was the main topic in the thread I created. My guess is that the plant doesn't play any bigger part than just being a background prop on the loading screen

    Behold... exhibit A:

No real resemblance and since this flower came through with Professor X through that portal it's bound to hold a bigger meaning and impact somehow

Ah, okay. I'd assumed that both flowers (Savage Lands and Krakoa) were different. That said, however, now I've looked more closely at the loading screen, I can see that it's a depiction of a tree, rather than that of a flower.

Lol it's cool. But since nothing has been confirmed there really is no correct answer until then

    Just stumbled across this:

    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Krakoan_Harvest_Center

They could very well be the same flower, after all.

    Interesting...

Something noteworthy is that it's rare that we recieve a storyline that carries on into a second month like this.

The Galactus storyline arguably the most important yet hasn't gotten that treatment so whatever kabam are planning with the savage lands better be big
