Damaging debuffs and their secondary effects

I’ve observed these damaging (DOT) debuffs have secondary benefits or effects.
- Incinerate: removes perfect block and reduce block proficiency
- Poison: reduce health recovery
- Coldsnap: prevents evade
I was wondering
1. Shock and bleed doesn’t have any, should they? If so, what will be a cool secondary effect? Not sure if rupture and degeneration are considered DOT. What other damaging debuffs have I missed and do they have secondary effects?
2. Should these secondary effects be applied to all champs in game with these respective debuffs? Ex. Bishop incinerate on his sp1 doesn’t mention it’s secondary effect, also Dr. Voodoo sp1 poison.
What are thoughts?

The bleeds letting your attacks ignore physical resistance is part of Fury's kit if I remember right, so if they were to change it wouldn't be hard since the code is already there. The only real problem I see with this is that the shock one would probably be op for doom and bwdo

Shock being energy lowering energy resist seems silly to me since it defeats the whole high energy resist champs (Havok, Bishop) can benefit from energy attacks and not die off. I think something more logical is slightly reducing AAR or make the shocked champ unable to (parry?) stun the opponent (think like muscle spasm unable to move correctly to parry or proc effects)

Shock lowering energy resistance seems too much. I like your idea of lowering AA and that’s not far fetched. Incinerate and disorient debuff already share block proficiency reduction in common so shock debuff could share AAReduction with disorient as well. Or something else passive such as fatigue, weakness or chance for attack to glance applied to the opponent while suffering from shock debuff.

I think shock reducing the opponents chance to parry would make it even more powerful than having it reduce energy resistant. Imagine fighting doom and not being able to parry for a while every time a buff expires on you.

Okay yeah maybe that wouldn’t be too great but I really like the glancing chance cause that goes along with the short-circuit/muscle spasm line of thinking

They don't really need anything additional added to it
