We'll fixing an issue with the Side Quests where all difficulties had the same Selector rewards.
We've fixed the Selectors in Threat Levels 4, 3, 2 and 1 to no longer contain rewards for Progression levels above the target audience.
Threat Level 4 rewards cap out at Thronebreaker
Threat Level 3 caps out at Cavalier
Threat Level 2 caps out at Uncollected
And Threat Level 1 has rewards for Proven

Recently pulled Herc from a featured 5* crystal and I know he’s amazing when he’s awakened but how good is he unawakened?
I get that the damage is still there but is he still worth the R5 (just got a 4-5 cosmic gem from V8) without his awakened ability?

For reference, I took my six star to r3 unduped. Would I give him a gem if I got one? Sure. Do I still use him almost everywhere? Yes.
The base kit is pure raw damage, he ends fights pretty fast, awaken ability is only for dead cheath
